ANNIE'S BLOODY MARY MIX

Service Manager, Andrea Carpenter, is responsible for this spicy, zesty, morning amazingness. We’re big fans of serving this with Cascade Street Potato Vodka, Mama Lil’s Spicy Bread & Butter Pickles, and a slice of Carlton Farms Pepper Bacon.


  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced (we use a microplane)

  • Juice of 2 large lemons

  • 1/2 cup parsley, very finely chopped

  • 1/8 cup ground black pepper

  • 1/8 cup celery seed, finely ground in a pepper mill

  • 1 Tbsp Horseradish

  • 1/8 cup hot sauce (we use a mix of chalula, green tabasco, and tapatio)

  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire

  • 1 1/2 cup pickle juice­­

  • 115 oz tomato juice (2 ½ 46oz cans)

Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot and stir well. Use a 2-cup liquid measuring cup to scoop into glass quart jars. Seal and store in the refrigerator. Makes 3-4 quarts.
