ANNIE'S BLOODY MARY MIX
Service Manager, Andrea Carpenter, is responsible for this spicy, zesty, morning amazingness. We’re big fans of serving this with Cascade Street Potato Vodka, Mama Lil’s Spicy Bread & Butter Pickles, and a slice of Carlton Farms Pepper Bacon.
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced (we use a microplane)
Juice of 2 large lemons
1/2 cup parsley, very finely chopped
1/8 cup ground black pepper
1/8 cup celery seed, finely ground in a pepper mill
1 Tbsp Horseradish
1/8 cup hot sauce (we use a mix of chalula, green tabasco, and tapatio)
1/2 cup Worcestershire
1 1/2 cup pickle juice
115 oz tomato juice (2 ½ 46oz cans)
Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot and stir well. Use a 2-cup liquid measuring cup to scoop into glass quart jars. Seal and store in the refrigerator. Makes 3-4 quarts.
